Psychiatrist

Looking for a psychiatrist who wants to build a diverse psychiatry practice in downtown Bellevue inclusive of treatment refractory depression and other complex conditions. TMS and/or ECT possible.  If interested, contact our office. 

Nurses

Registered Nurse

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for our rapidly growing Pain Management practice. Hours are day shift without working nights, weekends or  holidays. You will be providing patient care by playing an important part in various aspects of the medical practice, including conducting patient assessments, administering treatments and medication, patient education, performing diagnostic tests/procedures and following up with patients care. This practice includes treatments such as nerve catheter placement, spine and joint injections under fluoroscopy and infusion therapies

Current RN License in the state of Washington and Current BLS is a must. Experience with starting IVs and managing infusions preferred.

On-the-job training available.

Skills List:

  1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and efficiency.
  2. Ability to provide care in a confidential, professional and personable manner.
  3. Ability to recognize EKG Rhythms
  4. Efficient computer Skills
  5. Experience with IVs or a willingness to learn

Medical Office Staff

Front Office Admin

At least two years of medical office receptionist or patient registrar or medical office managerial experience is mandatory, as is familiarity with the basics of office visit and procedure scheduling, medical terminology, medical insurance, medication and procedural prior authorization.

This is a position for a Medical Office Coordinator in a pain management office with one provider/director and one rotating nurse currently employed. Patient volume is currently low but building.

The job will include the following:

Front office tasks including answering a busy phone, checking voicemail, filing, scanning, scheduling patients, greeting patients, preparing the necessary paperwork for patients, making referrals.

Billing related tasks including coordination with the billing company, processing payments, generating invoices, pre-authorization with insurance companies, other phone calls with insurance companies.

Marketing related tasks including coordinating planning and preparation for marketing related events and working with our remote marketing service.

Other office management related tasks including inventory tracking/management, coordinating various services (linens, janitorial, food, etc), and helping out as necessary with problems that arise from day-to-day.

Patient related tasks include the ability to perform patient intake including checking vital signs, fielding basic medical office questions patients might have when they call
